Piano Lessons
Want to learn to play the piano for the first time? Or are you looking to hone your skills? 30- and 45-minute piano lessons available for children, teenagers, and adults of all ages.
Voice Lessons
Grow in confidence with your voice through one-on-one voice lessons. Learn how to sing safely and healthfully. Improve your pitch, tone, and diction. Develop new skills like harmony and sight-singing. Lessons available for both males and females.
Special Events
If you are planning a special event, whether it be a wedding, a funeral, or perhaps a corporate event, Daniel and Karen can add some special music to bring your event to the next level. They have done songs for wedding ceremonies to highlight an important moment, like the candle lighting or the bride walking down the aisle. They have had the privilege to honor the memory of a lost loved one by singing their favorite song or a song written for them during the memorial service.
They can do one song or a whole song set, they can be a feature song or do background music, whatever is needed for your event.
Youth Choir
Treasured Voices Youth Choir is a non-profit community choir for children and teenagers from pre-kindergarten through high school. Based in the Treasure Valley in Idaho, this choir was designed to provide a quality music education, especially for those that don’t have access to a traditional school choir, such as children in homeschools and charter schools. Who
we are
Daniel and Karen Cummins are a husband and wife teaching duo based in Meridian, ID. Daniel graduated from Liberty University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Music Education in choral music. He has been teaching piano and voice lessons since then. As a voice teacher, he specializes in classical/art, contemporary/pop, and musical theatre singing styles. For piano, he teaches beginner to intermediate skill levels of all ages. Karen graduated from Liberty University with a focus on Early Childhood Development and a Vocal Performance minor. She has been teaching voice lessons since 2007 and specializes in contemporary/pop, musical theatre, and classical/art singing styles.
Together, they founded Treasure Voices Youth Choir, a non-profit youth choir dedicated to providing a quality music education to students who don’t have access to a traditional school choir experience. Daniel is the musical director for the Sapphires, the 4th - 12th grade choir, and is a member of the board of directors. Karen is the musical director for Jades, the 1st - 3rd grade choirs.
Karen and Daniel are members of the Compass Bible Church Treasure Valley worship team. Karen is the worship director for the women’s ministry and Daniel is the church choir director.
They also have performed in weddings, funerals, and corporate events.
